This document is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing SearchLocal Odisha, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Use of SearchLocal Odisha (hereinafter, may be called as the platform) is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Business owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Digital Wallet & Transactions, Refunds & Cancellations

Wallet recharges are digitally recorded. Payments made to the SearchLocal Odisha Digital Wallet are final. Once a wallet recharge is successful, it is equivalent to a legally executed contract. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, intended solely for lead generation services within the platform. Credits hold no cash value outside the platform. In the event of a technical failure where a lead is unlocked but data is not displayed, a credit reversal may be requested within 24 hours by contacting the Admin directly with enough proof of the issue.

3. Lead Generation & Verification Disclaimer

SearchLocal Odisha operates as an intermediary platform under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act. While we implement OTP (One-Time Password) verification to validate the intent of customers, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the requirement details or the financial standing of the lead. The "Lead Unlock" fee is a convenience fee for accessing contact data and does not constitute a guarantee of business conversion. The business owner is directed to bring out fruitful communication with the customer to generate success out of a lead.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SearchLocal Odisha, its officers, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you to us through our system, and not outside of our system in the month preceding the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

The name "SearchLocal Odisha", our software logic, and the user interface are protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized scraping or reverse-engineering of this platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using lead data for harassment, spamming, or non-related marketing.
• Attempting to scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated software.
• Posting fraudulent reviews or testimonials to manipulate platform rankings.
• Reverse-engineering the software logic or interface of SearchLocal.
• Using our system to promote any banned products in our system.

If any user, whether registered or not on our system, is found to be indulged in any type of prohibited acts to harm the reputation of the brand as well as other users accessing the system, appropriate legal actions as deemed fit would be taken against him/her.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baleshwar, Odisha.
