1. Digital Wallet Recharges

SearchLocal Odisha operates on a digital wallet-based credit system for premium business features and lead access. All payments made to your SearchLocal Odisha Digital Wallet are final and non-refundable. Once a wallet top-up transaction is successfully completed, it constitutes a legally executed service agreement. Credits added to the wallet hold no external cash value and are non-transferable to other accounts or bank entities.

2. Service / Lead Access Exceptions

The "Lead Unlock Fee" charged by the platform is a convenience fee for accessing verified consumer requirement data. SearchLocal Odisha does not guarantee business conversion or financial transactions between users. However, in the event of a proven technical anomaly (e.g., wallet balance deducted but server-side data payload fails to render), a credit reversal to your platform wallet may be initiated. Such claims must be submitted to the administration via support@searchlocalodisha.in within 24 hours of the incident with valid transaction logs.

3. Account Termination

If a business profile is permanently suspended due to violation of our Prohibited User Conduct guidelines, any remaining promotional or purchased balances in the digital wallet shall stand forfeited.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any concerns or disputes regarding payments and transactions are strictly governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baleshwar, Odisha.
